Dec. 8 — Last day for states to resolve election disputes

States must certify election outcomes at least six days before the Electoral College meets — known as the “safe harbor” deadline — if they want to avoid Congress getting involved in resolving potential disputes. That means any court challenges to state election results must be settled by Dec. 8, 2020.

If states certify election outcomes by this deadline, Congress must accept the results as valid.

Dec. 14 — Electors cast their ballots

Electors meet in their respective states to cast their ballots for president and vice president on the second Monday after the second Wednesday in December.In every state except Nebraska and Maine, electors vote on a “winner takes all” basis, meaning whichever candidate wins the state’s presidential race receives all of the state’s electoral votes.Electors send certificates of their vote to various officials, including Vice President Mike Pence, serving as president of the Senate.

Dec. 23 — President of the Senate receives electoral vote certificates

Pence must receive the formal electoral vote certificates no later than nine days after electors meet.

Jan. 6 — Congress counts electoral votes

The House and Senate convene for a joint session on Jan. 6 to count electoral votes. Pence presides over the process as president of the Senate and announces the results. The candidate that receives at least 270 out of 538 electoral votes becomes the next president.Any objections to the electoral votes must be submitted in writing and signed by at least one House and one Senate member. If an objection arises, the two chambers consider the objection separately.

Jan. 20 — Inauguration Day

The president-elect and vice president-elect are sworn into office and officially become the president and vice president of the United States on Inauguration Day.

Netanyahu Flew To Saudi Arabia For First Known Meeting With Crown Prince

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu secretly met with Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Sunday, which would be the first known meeting between senior Israeli and Saudi officials amid a push by the Trump administration to normalize ties between the longtime adversaries, according to A.P. News, citing Hebrew-language media. Netanyahu and Yossi Cohen, head of Israel's Mossad spy agency, took a rare flight to the city of Neom, located in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia, on Sunday, where they met with the crown prince and U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

Normalizing relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel before resolving Palestinian statehood would be a major power shift in the region, upending a decades-old pan-Arab position. As WSJ points out, Saudi Arabia's king has had disagreements with his son for embracing Israel. UNICEF Vaccine Airlift

UNICEF has announced it is working with 350 logistics partners, including major airlines and shipping lines, to ensure the delivery of nearly two billion Covid-19 vaccines to over 92 countries, as well as one billion syringes in 2021 In a statement released by the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) on Monday, the agency said it plans to play a massive role in the delivery of coronavirus vaccines in 2021, adding that it was anticipated to be the largest and fastest such operation ever undertaken.

“This invaluable collaboration will go a long way to ensure that enough transport capacity is in place for this historic and mammoth operation. We need all hands on deck as we get ready to deliver Covid-19 vaccine doses, syringes and more personal protective equipment to protect front line workers around the globe,” said Etleva Kadilli, Director of UNICEF’s Supply Division.

UNICEF, along with partners at Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA), kick-started preparations last week by hosting a meeting with major airlines and logistics companies to discuss capacity requirements. The agency plans to commence operations as soon as doses are ready.

The Constitution of the United States gives the power and responsibility of appointing Electors for President and Vice President to each State Legislature as shown in the Constitutional text below:

ARTICLE TWO Section 1.

2. Each State shall appoint, in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States, shall be appointed an elector. [Emphasis added]

California, as have the other States, has chosen to grant this power of appointment to the voters of the State by means of an election by ballot. California has very particular, high standards for these ballots, some of which it deemed so vital that it decreed that ballots not printed in accordance with them “shall not be cast nor counted at any election.” [Emphasis added].

Moreover, the State Legislature largely decentralized responsibility for determination of the format of said ballots to the County Elections Officials of its 58 Counties making the role of the California Secretary of State’s Elections Division in this matter mostly advisory. The Secretary of State embodies his advice in what are called CCROV (County Clerks & Registrars of Voters) advisories. CCROV’s—no matter how expert they might be and worthy of respect—do not command obedience. Regulations issued by the Secretary of State, by contrast, governing electoral matters do require compliance by the County Registrars of Voters. However, individual

If Illegitimate and Unexplained Negative Votes Were Reversed or Eliminated in Georgia, President Trump Would Easily Win the State

We’ve reported numerous times on the vote and election fraud in Georgia. We now have uncovered that if the illegitimate and unexplained negative votes that were recorded and included in Georgia’s vote totals were properly reversed or eliminated, President Trump would hold the lead in Georgia. Overall it is clear that Georgia did not vote for Joe Biden. We believe not many people did. Once the stinch of fraud is eliminated, Georgia will end up a very red state. President Trump won Georgia by more than 5% in 2019. There is no way this was reversed. The amount of fraud that occurred in this state in 2020 is inconceivable. In 2020 President Trump set a monumental new record by adding over 11 million new votes to his 2016 tally across the US.

President Trump won bellwether states Florida and Ohio by 5% and by more than this in Iowa. But now the media wants you to believe that Georgia went blue under Donald Trump. Does anyone believe this? The results in Georgia were not random. They were stolen. Not a single batch in our data set after the “lead switch event” varied from that margin for all new vote batches. This is inconceivable and indicates fraud.

Trump To Ban US Exports To Nearly 100 Chinese Communist Party-linked Tech Firms

The Trump administration is set to ban exports to nearly 100 Chinese aerospace and technology companies with ties to the Chinese Communist Party’s military.
The 89 firms would no longer be allowed to receive U.S. exports, according to a report from Reuters. Among the companies listed are Commercial Aircraft Corp. of China Ltd., or Comac, and Aviation Industry Corp. of China Ltd. The move, if implemented, would follow a host of bans issued by the Trump administration towards firms with ties to the Chinese Communist Party. Logistics Experts: COVID-19 Marks End Of Globalization, Makes National Supply Chains Critical Infrastructure

Logistics experts say that the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic will mark the end of globalization, paving the way for localized supply chains to be fundamental once more. The industry survey, conducted by Bollore Logistics and Transport Intelligence, noted that 34 percent of the respondents agreed that the COVID-19 pandemic will signal the end of global supply chains, and local supply chains will be of utmost importance again. Five percent of the survey’s respondents expressed strong agreement. On the other hand, 27 percent disagreed with the statement and six percent expressed strong disagreement.

“Despite the relatively even spread of results, it is remarkable that as many as 34 percent of respondents agree that the COVID-19 crisis will lead to the end of globalization,” the authors of the report wrote.

In addition, the report mentioned that the figures were “particularly striking,” as the respondents were professionals who had “witnessed the benefits of globalization first-hand.”

The firm interviewed 422 logistics professionals from Europe, Asia Pacific and North America between July and August 2020. More than half of the respondents represented retail and manufacturing shippers that use air and sea forwarding services, while freight forwarders made up almost a fourth of the respondents.

Bolloré’s report described the pandemic as a once-in-a-generation disruption that impacted a global freight forwarding market already facing significant challenges, including the U.S.-China trade war and moves towards protectionism. However, the respondents agreeing with COVID-19’s effects on the logistics sector represented a significant change from the previous consensus.

When asked how the crisis would affect their supply chain strategy over the medium term, 37 percent of respondents said it would have a significant impact, 36 percent answered it would be moderate and 25 percent mentioned a slight effect. Only two percent believed the crisis would have no effects on their supply chain strategies.

Dominion CEO Admits In Testimony: Machines Rely On Chinese Parts From ‘Screen Interface Down To Chip Level’

John Poulos, the CEO and founder of Dominion Voting Systems, testified that his machines are composed of parts manufactured in China from the “screen on the interface down to the chip component level,” The National Pulse can reveal.

The comments came during Poulos’s sworn testimony before the House Administration Committee on January 9th, 2020.

The unearthed remarks boost claims that Dominion’s voting systems could have been influenced by a foreign actor – specifically the Biden-backing Chinese Communist Party.

Contained in the nearly three hour-long testimony, Poulos’s opening statement revealed how the company relies on parts manufactured in China for its voting machines.

George Soros-linked election software company lies about ties with Dominion

A manufacturer of electronic voting systems tied to billionaire George Soros has reportedly been caught lying about its connection to Dominion Voting Systems.

According to a Sunday report, foreign-owned Smartmatic licensed voting technology from the controversial company. Smartmatic once owned Sequoia Voting Systems, but divested from its U.S. holdings following a 2007 court ruling with Dominion purchasing the company in 2010.
While Smartmatic has denied any continued ties, a recently resurfaced 2015 interview with chairman Mark Malloch Brown shows this was far from the truth. Smartmatic continued to license Dominion technology. Brown has sat on the boards of several Soros’ organizations.

“The fact is, yes, a part of our technology is licensed from Dominion, but you tell me a large technology company which isn’t using in part licenses from other companies,”stated the chairman. “And we have a license for the international use of that particular piece of the technology that we employ.”

House Democrat Seeks Disbarment of Giuliani and 22 Trump Election Lawyers

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) today filed letters with the legal bar authorities in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Pennsylvania, seeking the disbarment of Rudolph Giuliani and 22 other lawyers representing Donald Trump in his attempts to overturn the election and demolish democracy. This was first announced by @PascrellForNJ on Twitter.

“We live together in extraordinary and increasingly dangerous national circumstances. At present, our sitting President has refused to accept the outcome of our national election and is attacking the integrity of our electoral system to keep himself in power. The pattern of behavior by these individuals to effectuate Mr. Trump’s sinister arson is a danger not just to our legal system but is also unprecedented in our national life. In carrying out that perversion, they have clearly violated the [] Rules of Professional Conduct they swore to uphold and should face the severest sanction your body can mete out: revocation of their law licensures,” Pascrell writes the legal disciplinary authorities in five states.

After Years Behind Bars, Activist Who Exposed ‘Shadow CIA’ and US Gov’t Crimes to Be Freed

First reported by the Associated Press on Wednesday, November 18th, hacktivist Jeremy Hammond is finally set to be released from federal prison, 7 years and 3 Days to the date from his initial sentencing, after having been incarcerated for the majority of his ten year prison term.

Hammond is a computer programmer, and internet activist/ whistleblower associated with the hacktivist network Anonymous who had been sentenced to ten years imprisonment on November 15, 2013.
The sentence came about for breaching the servers of private intelligence firm Strategic Forecasting, Inc. also know as Stratfor, and releasing millions of internal documents to the transparency advocacy organization WikiLeaks. This exposed evidence that the intelligence consulting firm had been conducting illegal operations acting as spies for hire on behalf of governments and corporations against several human rights defenders and activist groups.

The documents released by Jeremy revealed damning information about the activities conducted outside of public view by this supposed security analyst company, that some have since dubbed a “shadow CIA”. One batch of documents revealed, as covered by RT, show that Stratfor operatives coordinated with Texas Department of Public Safety officers to infiltrate, conduct surveillance operations on, and subvert the activities of activist groups such as Occupy Wall Street, and the Deep Green Resistance all while committing violations of their civil liberties and constitutional rights.

Another set of emails, reported by The Times Of India, purportedly exposed some of Stratfor’s international operations as they allegedly also conducted surveillance against environmental activists in the Indian city of Madhya Pradesh, as a contractor for Dow Chemical, monitoring the activists protesting against the gas leak which lead to the 1984 Bhopal disaster. A statement from Wikileaks regarding the emails released by Hammond alleged – “They reveal the inner workings of a company that fronts as an intelligence publisher, but provides confidential intelligence services to large corporations, such as Bhopal’s Dow Chemical Co, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon and government agencies, including the US Department of Homeland Security, the US Marines and the US Defence Intelligence Agency.”

While these allegations are shocking, Stratfor wasn’t the only target in which Jeremy intended to peel back the curtain of corruption. A number of additional targets included military computers, private intelligence suppliers, and law enforcement agencies. The leaks included private documents revealing information from the mundane, to the downright contemptuously corrupt.

In an after trial statement released by Hammond he said – “I did this because I believe people have the right to know what government and corporations are doing behind closed doors. I did what I believe is right.”
